Code of Conduct

Your Support Coordinator must adhere to the NDIS code of conduct and will report any areas of concern such as:

  • abuse

  • neglect

  • restrictive practices

  • child safety

  • self harm.

Spectrum Support Coordination employs qualified and experienced staff.
All of our staff are trained in:

  • The NDIS Worker Orientation module

  • Covid-19 Infection Control

  • Hold Current Working With Children Checks

  • Hold tertiary qualifications where appropriate

  • Have a current police check

  • Have passed the Victorian NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Have minimum Diploma Level qualification with lived experience of disability
